Echigoya Buffer Tube compared to Tokyo Marui
We all know that Tokyo Marui use diecast metal in the construction of their AEGs. In Echigoya we always strive to give airsofter the best quality in the products they buy.
Here is a simple comparison test between the Echigoya Buffer Tube for Rechoil Shock series compared to the Tokyo Marui.
While Tokyo Marui’s Buffer Tube is diecast, Echigoya is CNC machined from a solid of aircraft grade aluminum.
Notice the exceptional detailing on the left compared to the right.
Decorative threads on Tokyo Marui is not implemented in Echigoya’s buffer tube.
Again the detailing and precision machining is very evident on the Echigoya brand.
3 problems in Tokyo Marui Buffer Tube. 1-the threads gets scratched so easily, 2 & 3- try removing and putting the screws back in a couple of times and you would surely loose the threads on this metal. Echigoya addressed all this problems with their Buffer Tube.
Another thing that Echigoya improved over the Tokyo Marui is the insides of the tube. While Tokyo Marui is tapered and has guide rail (tried to get photos but it would not show), Echigoya has not, the reason being to reduce the impact stress of the recoil unit (shown below side by side).
