The Accuracy International AE MK III .308, shown here equipped with a Bushnell Elite Tactical 6-24×50mm and Harris bipod, offers LE officers a battle-proven tactical precision rifle. The author found the rifle capable of sub-MOA performance on the range.
The stock of the AE MK III features a fully adjustable cheekpiece to bring the shooter’s eye into proper alignment with a variety of optics.

The H&K GMG is very similar to and fills the same role as the Mk. 19 Grenade Launcher.
As I frequently say, "don't buy a automatic grenade launcher if you are not going buy a decent scope". The NZ Army went with the Rheinmetall Defence Vingmate FCS electro-optical system.
The Fire Control Unit (scope) is mounted alongside the barrel and connected to the Display Control Unit (display) mounted above the receiver. This allows the operator to rotate and tilt the display as required independently on the direction of the barrel (you can see a soldier looking into the display at a downwards angle in the video). The system includes a ballistic computer, range finder and GPS increasing the chances of first hitm, and so saving ammunition and avoiding collateral damage. The Vingmate can be used for direct fire, indirect fire, area suppressions and airburst.
The Vingmate FCS daytime scope has a 5x zoom, the display unit has a 800x600 resolution and the entire system weighs 12.7 lbs (excluding battery!).

The XDM 3.8 Compact, shown equipped with extended magazine and grip extension as well as a LaserMax Uni-Max Micro laser unit, offers concealable CCW firepower.
The magazine on the left features the X-Tension, which holds a substanial 19 rounds, while the one on the right holds 13 rounds.
The XDM Compact’s takedown lever is located above the triggerguard and does not require for the trigger to be pulled to engage.
The striker status indicator, which can be seen protruding from the rear of the slide, shows if the pistol is cocked and ready to fire.
The 13-round flush-fitting magazine makes for a very compact and concealable pistol. Note the Mould-Tru replaceable backstrap.

While the ability to switch between calibers may seem like a complicated process, the average shooter can do it in around 90 seconds with MGI’s Marck 15, and all of its controls retain the familiar A2 configuration.
