Assisted by an electronic vent, the hearing protector will reduce hazardous impulse noises from firearms to harmless levels within 5 milliseconds. By localizing weak sounds and attenuating impulse sounds, it saves you from having to scan the entire horizon every time someone shouts your name. It also features stereo-simulated sound reproduction for real-life directional sound at a lower volume. This hearing protector has easy-to-use volume control and a padded stainless steel headband for comfort. The 6-S is also equipped with a separate microphone, receiver, amplifier and volume control in each cup. It is powered by four 1-1/2-volt, long-life AAA batteries for more than 200 hours of service.
