The Lightweight 25mm Bushmaster Chain Gun is a new shorter version of the famous Bushmaster chain gun. It keeps the dual feed system of the big brother but its length makes it useful for smaller vehicles like the HMMWV and the upcoming JLTV. It fires the same 25mm ammunition at sustained rates without stoppage due to the externally electric chain-driven design. It can be manned or remotely operated, adding to the protection of the gunner.
